Jason Wahler reports to jail

According to law enforcement sources, reality TV star Jason Wahler reported to an Issaquah jail on Thursday.

According to People.com, Wahler, who found fame in MTV's hit show 'The Hills' will be serving a 30-day sentence for assault and a minor exhibiting signs of intoxication, both of which he plead guilty to on Wednesday. A charge of criminal trespass was dropped.

However, according to Ruth Bowman, a spokeswoman for the Seattle City Attorney's Office, Wahler "could get out in 20 days for good behavior."

The charges stem from his April 8 arrest after a drunken melee at a Seattle hotel.

Jason's rep did not immediately respond to calls for comment.

The 20-year-old completed rehab over the summer and became engaged to college tennis player Katja Decker-Sadowski.
