Pete Doherty falls for Courtney Love?

'Babyshambles' rocker Pete Doherty, has reportedly fallen for hell raising rocker Courtney Love, according to reports, Pete who has been friends with Kurt Cobain's widow for the past couple of years,  is said to want to take his friendship with the 43-year-old singer to another level.

Pete split from on/off girlfriend Irina Lazareanu last week, and has also claimed that he no longer wants to get back with former girlfriend, Kate Moss.

A source told British newspaper 'The Daily Star': "Pete and Courtney have been in touch on and off over the past couple of years and she contacted him recently to tell him how proud she was of his successful stint in rehab'

'He was bowled over – smitten in fact. Pete thinks she's a sex symbol and icon after going through so much herself.

'He hopes to spend a lot more time with her over the next few months and even says he wants new experiences with her.'

And Courtney reportedly wants Pete, who was recently released from a Wiltshire rehabilitation center, after battling a long term addiction to drugs, to star in biopic 'Heavier Than Heaven', about her late hubby, Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain.

'Pete's been sent a pile of scripts but one he'd really love to have a part in is Heavier Than Heaven,' the source adds. 'It's bound to do well.'
