Kate Moss lets Pete Doherty keep song royalties
British supermodel Kate Moss has told former boyfriend, Pete Doherty that he can keep the royalties from songs she co-wrote with him.
According to reports, Moss, who's now dating Kills guitarist Jamie Hince - has writing credits on four 'Shotters Nation' tracks the former couple worked on during their time together.
According to British newspaper, The Sun, Kate is still in contact with the 'Babyshambles' frontman, much to displeasure of new boyfriend Jamie.
Moss, who has her own fashion line with British high street chain Top Shop - could have been entitled to a decent payout; because the song on which she had most influence, You Talk — is set to be the band’s next single.
A close friend to the former couple said: “Kate wants Pete to have the royalties.
"She was happy to have the writing credits on the album but it’s not about the money for her.
“The music is Pete’s thing. There is still a huge place in her heart for him and she is happy to see him doing better. She doesn’t want to take money off him. And besides, he needs it more than her.”
Pals of the Kate and Pete are predicting that the pair will end up back together, after Pete dumped fiance Irina Lazareanu, and is telling mates he wants Kate back.
