MTV line up Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty for duet at EMAs
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse and recovering drug addict Pete Doherty are reportedly being lined up by bosses at MTV to perform a one off duet at the EMAs in Munich.
According to Britian's Mirror newspaper, Winehouse, 24 & Doherty, 28 will do solo performances and then sing a duet as part of tonight's show - that will have a television audience of millions.
This, according to reports "has the potential to be stuff of legends"
A source close to the event said: "It's been a closely-guarded secret and may still fall apart at the last minute.
This will be the first time Doherty and Winehouse have performed at the EMAs, which is being aired on MTV tonight. - hopefully they've kept off the drugs!
Other stars lined up to wow the show are: Avril Lavigne, Mika, the Foo Fighters and Nicole Scherzinger.
