Jake Gyllenhaal went trick or treating with Reese Witherspoon

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal celebrating Halloween by going trick or treating with new lover, 'Legally Blonde' actress Reese Witherspoon and her two children,  Ava, 8 and Deacon, 4 - her children with ex-husband Ryan Phillipe.

According to reports, the couple, who officially announced they were an item last month, after meeting on set of film 'Rendition' were going from door-t0-door with Reese's two children trick or treating.

A source told Us magazine: "They were holding hands and swinging them in the air as they walked around the neighborhood. Reese was laughing at everything Jake was saying."

"While the kids went to knock on doors Reese and Jake waited on the sidewalk and flirted.

"Jake tapped Reese on the butt and then she hit him back - they began running in a circle hitting each other! Then Jake picked Reese up off her feet and she playfully screamed."

31-year-old Reese was reportedly dressed as a witch, as was daughter Ava & 26-year-old Jake was dressed in a gorilla suit, while  Deacon donned a superhero outfit.

The source added: "Jake ran up to Deacon with the gorilla mask and pretended to scare him, but Deacon just laughed.

"Sometimes Jake came up to Reese from behind and nuzzled his big hairy mask into her neck."
