Graham Norton says X Factor contestants lack 'dazzle'

Graham Norton has admitted to a British newspaper that the contestants in this series of The X Factor are far from "dazzling".

However, he did admit that one contestant in the Over-25s category impressed him a little - Niki Evans is the only singer who really grabs the flamboyant TV host.

The talk show host told The Sun: "I quite like her. She’s OK, but the rest aren’t exactly dazzling."

Norton added: "This year’s show has not been particularly great - you’ve got 12 people who are, basically, not up to much.

"I suppose it just shows how shallow the talent pool is in Britain at the moment if that’s the best we can come up with."
