Shia LaBeouf arrested

Shia LaBeouf'Transformers' actor Shia LaBeouf was reportedly arrested in downtown Chicago early Sunday morning.

CBS reports that LaBeouf, 21 was arrested at the Walgreens store at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m. Sunday after repeatedly refusing to leave the store.

According to reports, the store's security guard repeatedly told LaBeouf that he wasn't welcome and had to leave because he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, police claim.

When LaBeouf, who has starred in films such as Constantine, I, Robot & Transformers refused to leave, the security guard detained him and called the police.

After he was arrested, LaBeouf was "very courteous and polite," and he posted bond before 7 a.m., police said.

LaBeouf was later charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing & is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 at 9 a.m on Nov. 28.
