Angelina Jolie isn't much of a cook
She might be a talented actress, but she's not much in the kitchen, reveals Angelina Jolie, who, when asked about her cooking plans for Thanks Giving during an interview with Good Morning America, said: "I'm not much of a cook, so we'll see what happens"
"I try. We all chip in. But I don't think anyone in my family wants me to handle Thanksgiving dinner."
Jolie, who has 3 adopted children with partner Brad Pitt: Maddox (from Cambodia), Pax (from Vietnam) and Zahara (from Ethiopia), and biological daughter, Shiloh - explained her varied plans for Thanks Giving: "We celebrate Moon Festival for my boys, who are from Asia, and Kwanzaa and things like that," Jolie said. "We certainly try to celebrate as many of those as we can, and celebrate all culture."
When Jolie was sked if she will invite presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, her newly discovered (distant) long-lost cousin, she joked: "There was a rumor that Brad and Obama are related."
People.com reports that Angelina Jolie was appearing on Good Morning America in order to promoter her new film Beowulf, in which she plays Grendel's mother - a character, Jolie claims to find oddly inspiring.
"I liked that she was a mother who would do anything and destroy anything if somebody hurt her son," she said. "It was the maternal side of me [that connected to her], and I love that that was her motivation."
