Charlie Sheen wants babies with Brooke Mueller

Actor Charlie Sheen, who is currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle with ex-wife Denise Richards over their two daughters, Sam, three, and two-year-old Lola has revealed that he wants to start a family with his fiancée Brooke Mueller.

42-year-old Sheen revealed: "We absolutely want a family together. We're just dealing with what's in front of us right now and getting through all this c**p, getting back to our regularly scheduled life then dealing with getting married and having our own family, which is exciting."

Court documents relating to the custody battle revealed that Denise Richards is claiming Charlie Sheen's engagement real-estate investor Mueller, 29, is a media stunt.

She has also accused Sheen of "inappropriately touching" their daughters, claims the 'Hot Shots!' actor has denied.

Sheen admits the court battle is an unpleasant experience, but is trying to keep a positive outlook.

He told Us Weekly magazine: "What's been lost in this entire ridiculous and unnecessary circus is that the initial request was just to be able to hire my own nanny.

"That's all I asked for and an extra weekend. Cut to two months later and this is what I'm forced to deal with.

"You know they say this type of stuff builds character and all that and what doesn't kill us makes us bitter, I mean stronger."

Sheen and Richards married in 2002 and she filed for divorce in 2006.
