Heather Mills ditched by divorce attorney

Heather Mills, the estranged wife of former 'Beatle', Sir Paul McCartney, has reportedly been dumped by her divorce attorneys, Mishcon de Reya following her recent appearance on British morning show GMTV.

Heather's (now) former solicitors, Mishcon de Reya have reportedly claimed they can no longer represent the ex-glamor model & animal rights activist - because her series' of public outbursts are damaging her case.

Heather, 39, appeared on British TV again yesterday morning to mouth-off  about her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney, 65.

'Mishcon have just been tearing their hair out,' a source told The Sun newspaper. 'They are astonished at Heather's outbursts.

'She was warned against going on TV and talking about Paul, their marriage and anything about her daughter. But she just refused to listen.

'Her bid to win public sympathy could end up with her throwing away millions.'

However, Heather's publicist in the US claims the split was a 'matter of economics'.

'Lawyers cost a lot of money and she doesn't know how much longer it's going on for,' Michele Blanc old Britian's Daily Mirror newspaper.
