Amy Winehouse vows to stand-by Blake - who has to spend at least 13 days in custody
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse left court yesterday - after hearing that her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil will be detained in police custody for at least 13 days.
Amy was reportedly tearful & vowed to stand by Blake, adding: "This can't be happening."
Earlier Amy was seen blowing kisses to Blake from the public gallery, where she was later joined by friend Pete Doherty.
According to reports, from the News Of The World, Blake Fielder-Civil was led from a police station to Thames Magistrates in East London, to ask for bail after being charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Throughout the duration of the 30-minute hearing Blake was seen gazing into Amy's eyes.
As Blake was led away in handcuffs, the 24-year-old 'Rehab' singer ran towards him for a kiss; she then dashed to an interview room where she was comforted by her dad Mitch and a close friend.
Janis Winehouse, Amy's mum, revealed that the coming weeks are likely to be difficult for Amy, just as she is about to embark on her UK tour. "It will be a difficult for her if Blake is not there but she has got the boys in the band—she calls them her family—and us, her real family, to be there for her," she said.
"If he is jailed she will go through heartbreak but she will get over it because she is highly professional."
25-year-old Blake, who's currently being held in London's Pentonville prison before his hearing on November 23, faces a maximum term of life imprisonment if found guilty.
Blake's mum, Georgette Civil said: "We've had our differences with Mitch but we've agreed we have to fight this together."
