Christina Aguilera fuels rumours she's expecting a boy

PREGNANT singer Christina Aguilera has fueled rumors she is expecting a boy, after throwing a blue-themed baby shower.

She celebrated her pending motherhood at her home in Beverly Hills.

Although the star has not confirmed the gender of the baby, observers noted there was a theme to the gifts - the color blue.

The presents were bought from baby boutique Bel Bambini and included a blue Loved Mom Guitar shirt and a Sozo Whiz Kid wee block, meant for use when changing a baby boy's diaper, reported People magazine.

Aguilera, 26, confirmed her pregnancy to Glamour magazine earlier this month, saying she will "enter into mommyhood" next year.

This will be the first child for Aguilera and her husband, music executive Jordan Bratman. The two were married in November 2005.
