Kanye WestThe man that operated on Kanye West's mum the day before she died has a string of criminal convictions.

Dr. Jan Adams, who performed plastic Surgery on Kanye's mother, Donda has a shocking past that includes alleged sexual battery and two DUI convictions.

One woman, Teana Lucas has claimed that after Adams performed liposuction on her, he took her out for dinner, got her drunk and then got her pregnant.

On another note, The Medical Board of California has tried to revoke Adams' medical licence in the past, for driving under the influence of alcohol twice - the second time with a suspended licence.

Dr. Jan's ex-girlfriend, Deborah Pratt has claimed alcohol brings out his "Jekyll and Hyde" personality.

In 2002, Pratt had to seek a restraining order on Adams claiming, "defendant has an unfortunate drinking problem and unless restrained immediately, will assert the worst side of his 'Jekyll and Hyde' personality when he is intoxicated."

Pratt also alleges that one night Adams burst into her home, threatened her and chased her in his car.

Dr. Adams filed papers denying Pratt's claims, but the judge granted the restraining order.

West died on Saturday night, reportedly through plastic surgery complications, aged 58 at Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Centre in Marina Del Rey.

Just weeks before West died, a plastic surgeon is alleged to have refused to perform procedures on her because of a health condition that could have led to a heart attack.

It is believed that Beverley Hills physician, Dr. Andre Aboolian, was set to perform a tummy tuck and breast reduction on West, but told her she needed to get clearance from a doctor he recommended.

West allegedly never went to that doctor, and instead had the procedures performed by someone else.

An autopsy was performed Tuesday in Los Angeles to determine the cause of Donda's death, with results not expected for 6 weeks.

Adams has said West could have died from a heart attack, an embolism or massive vomiting after returning home from surgery.
