Ray Winstone shows off his 'specs' appeal on US TV - in a pair of 3D glasses.

The actor was promoting new animated and live action movie, Beowulf, on Good Morning America - and joked that the eyewear made him look taller than he is.

He said: "It's good to play the six-foot six blonde hero [with an] eight pack - very much like myself really.
"These glasses really make me come alive."

Beowulf, which also stars Angelina Jolie, will be shown in 3D in select US cinemas.

It is set for release in the US and the UK on November 16 [Fri].
