Jennifer Lopez rushed to hospital following a miscarriage scare
Singer Jennifer Lopez was reportedly rushed to hospital following a miscarriage scare - after she noticed blood in her urine.
A friend of Jennifer's is reported to have said: "She was worried that something bad could happen. She's petrified that something could go wrong with her pregnancy. The hospital visit really shook her up. If she lost the baby, her life would be shattered."
Jennifer has now been ordered to rest by doctors over fears strenuous activity could put her unborn child in danger.
Jennifer's mother, Guadalupe has allegedly been begging the singer, who has been touring North America with husband Marc Anthony to slow down for months.
A source said: "Her mother is constantly on the phone, telling her to calm down. Guadalupe's very no-nonsense and she's told Jennifer that she needs to take some time out of the limelight to enjoy her pregnancy and her baby when he or she arrives."
Last week, Loped confirmed her pregnancy, ending months of speculation by telling fans at her Miami concert: "Marc and I are expecting!"
