Joe Jonas has fall during a live performance at the American Music Awards
Jonas Brothers' singer Joe Jonas had an embarrassing fall during a live performance at a US Music Awards show.
The band had an elaborate stage set up for their entrance at the American Music Awards at the Nokia theatre in LA.
All three brothers had their own glass door to walk through before they'd perform hit single S.O.S.
Kevin and Nick Jonas both managed to walk through their doors unscathed - but unlucky Joe managed to lose his footing and skidded across the stage - much to the surprise of his bandmates.
Joe was un-harmed during the incident and hopped back to his feet almost immediately, but the accident didn't go unnoticed.
American Music Awards host, Jimmy Kimmel, referred to the incident straight after the performance, which caused a laugh amongst the celebrity audience.
The Jonas Brothers are an American pop band from New Jersey. They have released two albums - 'It's About Time' in 2006 and 'Jonas Brothers' in 2007.
The band was dropped by Colombia Records in early 2007 but they are now signed with Hollywood records. The Jonas Brothers are working on their 3rd album on a state of the art Gibson Guitar Tour bus.

everyone makes mistakes, and i don't know about the rest of you, but i'm one of the clumsiest people ever, so just give the guy a break! besides, it was totally cute, and he handled it just like any rockstar should. :] :] :]

I love the Jonas Brothers! When Joe fell, I actually thought (because of the way he jumped up) that it was part of the act! It wasn't until the host said something (which was horrible) that I realized it. But I didn't care...I love Joe anyway!

Okay so Joe tripped. everyone does it and it is funny when people trip, its not funny right when it happens but once its over and the person is okay you look back on it and go wow that was clumsy and laugh. everyone does the laughing and the tripping so its not big deal really. Its really good Joe wasnt some diva making a big deal out of this hand getting cut, he was very professional, and he should be able to laugh about it later.
