Kylie Minogue pays tribute to Olivier Martinez

Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue has paid tribute to her ex-boyfriend, Olivier Martinez for helping her thorough the tough times in her life.

Kylie, 39, who beat breast cancer two years ago, split from 41-year-old actor Martinez in February.

Despite reports that Oliver, her partner of four years had cheated on her with model Sarai Givati, Kylie maintained that Martinez had always been honorable and loyal - and it was distance and their hectic work schedules that forced them apart.

Minogue told Britain's Mirror newspaper: "Ollie brought me love, understanding, patience, laughter - all great things.

"I couldn't have asked for more support. And I'll be forever grateful."

Kylie, who has also dated the likes of Michael Hutchence and Jason Donovan, added: "Relationships have their time. I don't agree with unlucky-in-love. My life is full because of love."

Kylie's new album, "X," is out in the UK next Monday.
