Blake Fielder-Civil orders Amy Winehouse to go to Miami

November 25 2007

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-CivilAmy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil has ordered his wife to go to Miami to try to enjoy herself while he is locked up in prison accused of perverting the course of justice & GBH.

According to reports, Blake made an emotional phone call the night before his court appearance last Friday to tell Amy to spend Christmas in the city where they got married last year.

According to reports from Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper, Fielder-Civil told the 'Rehab' star that he wanted her to remember the happy times at Christmas rather than travel to see him in Prison.

Before Blake was locked up - he planned to take Amy to India for Christmas, but when he was refused bail - and there is no chance of him getting out until January 18, their holiday plans were shattered.

Blake could even remain inside until June 23 when his trial begins. So Amy agreed to fly to Miami with pals immediately after Hanukkah celebrations with her Jewish parents Mitch and Janis.

Amy's has been seeking solace in her Hairdresser, Alex Foden, who has been a shoulder for Winehouse to cry on after emotional prison visits and phone calls - Amy even fled to his flat after Blake was arrested and has been staying over there.

Alex said: "Amy told me Blake wants her to go away for Christmas to get away from it all. She is not on top of the world. But speaking to Blake on the phone helps. She'll go to Miami if Blake keeps going on about it because she loves him and wants to make him happy."

Of course, Blake couldn't

Of course, Blake couldn't select a more drug infested city to "order" Amy to relax to. Prison may have helped the drugs leave his body, but as everyone knows, drug use is just a symptom of deeper problems, which is obvious by this "order" of his. His awareness levels need to be tuned up before he starts making recommendations as to what is good for Amy or anyone else. Better he seek counsel himself. What if Amy and her addictions lead to Stateside legal trouble? Locked up in Miami, then deported never to return could spell "terrible career move". Better she stay in the UK, deal with her problems, stay close to family, and seek to soberly focus on reality. Blake is a potentially fatal mistake. "His" history proves this. Best of luck, Amy! Real people are rooting for YOU!
