Pete Wentz asks Neurosonic bassist to lay off Ashlee Simpson

Pete Wentz has had enough of a metal band bashing girlfriend Ashlee Simpson.

The band, Neurosonic, poke fun at Ashlee's Saturday Night Live lip synching meltdown in their tune 'So Many People.'

Now Wentz, the bassist for Fall Out Boy has written to the band asking them to lay off, the New York Post reports.
