Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are moving to Nashville

Keith Urban says he and wife Nicole Kidman are heading for rural bliss.
The Aussie actress and the country music star are setting up home on farmland southwest of Nashville, Tennessee.

The couple had been living at Urban's gated mansion in Forrest Hills outside the city since tying the knot.

They put the luxurious home up for sale for $2.45m in September and it has reportedly gone to contract. Now they will call a 40-acre farm near Leipers Fork, Tennessee, home after it is renovated.

"The first place I took her to [even before house-hunting] was out near Leipers Fork," the country singer told The Tennessean newspaper.

"That ended up being out in the general area where we will now call home.

"I just knew that she would love it for the exact same reasons I love it.

"There's a pace and a way of living that is much more spiritually satisfying to me than a lot of other places.

"It's something that has quite a bit of room to walk around and grow some grass under our feet and have some privacy, but not feel like we're isolated.

"We don't want to live in a compound. It's the great thing about Tennessee and especially Nashville. The people are just real people, so they just accept you being neighbors."
