Kylie Minogue confirms European tour

Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue has confirmed she will tour Europe next summer - and promised fans that the string of new shows, dubbed 'KylieX2008', will be "totally different".

Kylie, 39, said: "I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself. The eclectic mix of sounds on 'X' is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative.

"My new tour will be a look to the future but will definitely include favourites alongside the new.

"I can't wait to share it with you next year! See you soon!"

The 24-date tour will kick-off in Paris on May 6, 2008, and including dates in Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

The tour will finish on July 27 with a spectacular show at London's O2 arena.

Tickets for the UK shows will go on sale on December 3rd, and will be available on Kylie's official website www.kylie.com
