Jessica Sierra arrested for "causing a disturbance"

Just two weeks after being sentenced to a year of probation, former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra is in trouble again.

Police were called to a bar in Florida around 2am on Saturday where she allegedly caused a disturbance. When asked to leave, she refused and was arrested.

According to US reports, Sierra, 22, has been charged with disorderly intoxication and obstructing police, possession of cocaine and battery. She is currently in custody.

Sierra, who finished tenth on the TV talent show in 2005, was given probation just two weeks ago for an April incident in which she threw a cocktail glass at a man in a Tampa cafe.

The attack victim suffered a three-inch gash above his eye. She spent several months earlier this year in rehab and is set to appear in new US TV show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
