Gordon Ramsay likes shopping for underwear with his wife

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay may be Mr Nasty on TV, but he's proved he's big softie at heart.

The Hell's Kitchen star - famous for his four letter words - says he never swears at home, likes to go underwear shopping with his wife, and enjoys drinking champagne in bed.

His ditches mean TV persona at the door when he returns home in London to wife Tana, and children Megan, 9, twins Holly and Jack, 7, and Matilda, 5.

Ramsay, 41, who also stars in The F Word and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, revealed his softer side during an interview with Woman & Home magazine for its December issue.

When asked what makes their marriage work, he said: "I make sure I get her lots of treats!

"That's a big thing, but I also leave her notes in her wardrobe saying how much I miss her as I'm away a lot at the moment."
