Amy Winehouse on Grammy nominations: "I'd rather have six grammes"
Amy Winehouse, who received six Grammy award nominations this week, coming second only to Kanye West, didn't even bother to show her gratitude, instead, wailing: "I'd rather have six grammes."
The singer, 24, who was pictured in the early hours of Thursday morning with white powder on her nostrils, is in the grip of a £250-a-day ($500) cocaine habit, reports Britain's News Of The World newspaper.
The troubled 'Rehab' singer is struggling to cope on her own without husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who's currently locked up in London's Pentonville prison, a source said: "Instead of being over the moon at the Grammy announcement, she couldn't care less. It's so sad. She's dancing around madly on drugs.
"What a waste."
Last month, Winehouse canned her sell-out UK tour on doctor's orders and although she's been asked to perform at the Grammys in LA in February, she insists she is missing husband Blake too much.
