Lindsay Lohan banned from hotel

Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been banned from California's Shutters on the Beach Hotel - after wrecking a room at the exclusive resort.

According to reports, Lohan, 21, and her ex-boyfriend Riley Giles, drank the mini bar dry and left cigarette butts and dirty towels strewn all over room 645.

A hotel insider revealed: "Staffers went into clean and were shocked. It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of cigarette smoke."

Sources also claim that staff discovered a used syringe on the bedside table.

The source added to America's Star magazine: "There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste."

The hotel was allegedly forced to call in a professional cleaning company to clean up the couple's mess.

Lindsay and Riley - who met at Utah's Cirque Lodge rehab center where the actress was treated for drink and drug addiction - split last month.
