Kate Moss dumped by boyfriend

British supermodel Kate Moss has been dumped by her new boyfriend Jamie Hince - because she keeps begging her ex Pete Doherty to take her back.

Kate, 33, has been dating The Kills rocker for nearly four months.

But now, pals claim Kate still pines for Doherty - and Jamie is sick of it.

A source said: "Kate texts Pete on a daily basis.

"She desperately wants him back but he is refusing."

According to Britain's Sunday People newspaper, the final straw for Jamie, 39, was when Kate sent the Babyshambles rocker a letter telling him she still loves him.

The source added: "Jamie is jealous and insecure about how she still talks about Pete.

"She is on the verge of being obsessed with him and it got too much for Jamie.

"He got fed up and suggested they split."

"He really likes Kate and he is very sad about it." Friends of the model reckon she is so hooked on Doherty she even asked fellow model Irina Lazareanu to move in with him - so she would always know what he was doing.

Adds the source: "It makes Kate feel like she is in control.

"Through Irina, she knows everything that Pete gets up to.

"She also tries to send him messages through her."

Kate, who has a four-year-old daughter, fell for Doherty two years ago.

But soon after she checked herself into rehab.

They dated on and off for 18 months before finally splitting in August.
