Amy Winehouse seen drinking cocktails until 6am

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse was seen drowning her sorrows with friends, amidst recent reports that she is to be quizzed by police over the charges against her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who's currently locked up in London's Pentonville prison on charges of assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

According to reports, the 'Rehab' singer, 24, was seen looking emotional during the boozy session - and even flew into a rage when a fan attempted to speak to her as she left the bar at 7am.

According to reports from Britain's News Of The World newspaper, Amy will be quizzed by police over Blake's charges.

The newspaper quoted a Scotland Yard source as saying: "We have no evidence against Amy being involved in any crime.

"If we had she would have been arrested straight away. But we do want to talk to her about matters, particularly financial ones, which may be important in this case."

Her father Mitch said: "Amy has to give DNA samples because of evidence that might be related to her or might not.

"But she will be able to continue with her plans of going on a holiday with her friends, which she is looking forward to."
