Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy blasted by teen magazine editors

It saddens be too see how IGNORANT people are? How can you judge a person when you don't know them. GOD would not even judge her the way SOCIETY is. She is just pregnant at 16, no one is ever prepared to be a parent no matter what age you are. As a SOCIETY we need to stop thinking that CELEBS are ROLE MODELS..because we are all human and make mistakes. We should be all responsible for our own lives and actions. Trust me, kids are having sex at 13, they shouldn't be blaming CELEBS for their family problems. Jamie Lynn needs support from her family and thats it.

I don't think it's right that people are condemning her for getting pregnant and deciding to keep it. Like getting pregnant and having a baby is a bad thing?! It was irresponsible of her to have premarital sex. She is being responsible by keeping her child. Babies and the ability to have them are a gift from God. We should be teaching children to be responsible by NOT having sex before they are married. It's disgusting that there are women who actually encourage abortion and are opposed to adoption or raising a child. These women call themselves feminists. If anything they are trying to destroy femininity. But I'm getting off track. I know what its like to be a single mother. Yea its not glamorous and I don't encourage it. But it is the best thing that has ever happened to me and its not THAT hard. Especially when you have family to support you, which Jaime Lynn does. I think she is awesome for keeping her baby!

I go to LEIGH HIGH SCHOOL in San Jose, Cali. I am a senior. but ways my best friend almost had a kid. There are about 10 girls i know that are having kids. and there only 16. Everything happen for a reason that just LIFE is. LIFE GOES ON THIS ISNT THE END FOR OUR TIME YET. yeah people loook up to her because she is a STAR. Brit and Jamie spears are fine off with out people talking shit about them all the time. Im sorry this is just how i see it.

I think that people who are say a bunch of sh++ to say about Jamie an about following her sister. I thinks that crap cuzz EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON !!!!

I think that Jamie Lynn is doing the right thing by keeping the baby; abortion is killing a poor innocent chilled when they never had a chance in this world and as a teen girl giving up their first baby can cause many emotions. I'm not for teen pregnancy but it’s hard to stop it, I know 2 girls in my grade that are pregnant and I’m only in 9th grade. Jamie Lynn obviously loves her boy friend and when she had sex with him, she obviously knew the consequences. She has her sister who has had two kids and she has seen her sister go through a lot of crap over the year so she know having a kid wont be easy but she is willing to take the chance of messing up, because come on, don’t hide it everyone messes up and no one is perfect no matter how hard you try to be. She might just want someone to hold and love and to love her back because maybe everyone else in her family is to tied up with Britt and all the drama going on in her life, do you really blame her? Sure it’s a stupid decision considering you have your whole life ahead of you but she has probably considered what to do with the baby and she finds keeping it is the best decision and I support her for wanting to take on a motherly role at such a young age. She might not be the best role model for regular teenage girls who don’t get pregnant at a young age, but for the other teenage girls that do, she might help them get through it easily. Some times seeing some one famous going through something you didn’t mean to do or something you did not expect to happen makes you realize you are not the only one that made that mistake. It might be comforting to some teenage girls that are pregnant to see a celebrity going through the same thing around the same age. You never know what’s going to happen till you see it happen and I don’t feel Jamie will be a bad mother. Good luck to you Jamie.

i think that this is just a wake up call to all parents out there and everyone should just back off and let jamie and her family have some space... good luck with the baby jamie! :]

In my perspective I think people need to stop comparing Britney and Jamie Lynn. There two totally different people with different aspects in life.
Unfortunaly Jamie Lynn didnt make the right decision and messed up but theres no way for her to turn back into time and change the way things happened. I respect and admire her decision in keeping her baby after all its innocent.
I dont support Teen Pregnancy but since shes already pregnant, and I respect her for taking her role to be a responsible mother.
Oh and. All this nonsense of her fans being dissapointed?? if they were real fans of her theyll look for something positivein everything she does.
Lastly
People judge Britney constantly but no one knows how crazy the media can drive you to be. None of us know what it is to deal with 2 kids,get divorced and have new rumors spread about you day affter day on the front cover of a magazine.

Is everyone assuming the abortion is not taking responsibility? Getting pregnant was irresponsible but keeping it does not equal responsibility! Abortion is the safest, healthiest thing she can do at her age. I know people won't agree for religious reasons, but I wish Jamie Lynn would consider the medical consequences of her decisions!
