January 2 2008

Marie OsmondDancing With The Stars contestant Marie Osmond had a turbulent 2007 - but reveals it was her children that kept her strong through the tough times.

"I have great kids. I love my kids, you know that and it's okay," she told Extra. "It's okay to be alone, and it's okay to be busy and it's a choice you make to be positive with what comes at you in life."

In 2007, Osmond, 48,  lost her father and saw the end of her 20-year marriage to Brian Blosil, and her teenage son Michael checked into rehab. Plus, Marie fainted on live national TV.

And while Osmond is considering a Dancing With The Stars reunion tour with her dancing partner Jonathan Roberts and a possible talk show, she is enjoying time with her children.

"I'd love to sing opera, I love theater," Osmond says. "But truly, when you get to a certain place in your life, the joy comes watching your kids."
