Nicole Richie to see a hypnotist to help her prepare for childbirth
Pregnant socialite Nicole Richie is reportedly set to see a hypnotist in order to help her prepare for childbirth.
The 26-year-old 'Simple Life' star is said to be concerned about the pain involved in giving birth.
"The therapist is helping Nicole to relax, stay calm and think positive thoughts as the big day approaches," claims US columnist Janet Charlton.
Nicole is expecting her first child with Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, 28.
Richie first broke the news of her pregnancy on TV show Good Morning America in August.
Nicole, the adopted daughter of music legend Lionel Richie recently moved in with 'Good Charlotte' frontman Joel as the couple prepare for parenthood. "Nicole sold her West Hollywood condo," a source told PerezHilton.com last week. "She and Joel are living full-time at his place now."

Good Luck Nicole - don't take the epidural - no need. The pain is not bad at all and you are young and strong.
I had my first child at 22- I didn't use any drugs for the birth and it was the best ever. I had two children 10 years later and used the drugs - bad mistake I will regret forever. Ever since the epidural I have had nothing but back pain.
Don't use the drugs - only afterwards did they shoot me up with some Demerol- oh, was it good.

Goodluck with the hynosis, but please don't suffer in agony if the pain gets too bad. Please take the epidural, I three babies my first was at 20 and I had an epidural with each one and have no regrets. If I try again for that girl I wouldn't give birth without an epidural. Pain will make you tense up and that will only make the process go slower.
