Paul McCartney falls out with Pete Doherty?

Paul McCartneyMusic legend Paul McCartney and Babyshambles rocker Pete Doherty struck up a friendship after interviewing each other for a music magazine last year.

But it seems their friendship has turned sour.

It has been revealed that the 65-year-old former Beatle turned down an invite from Pete, 28, to go to his Wembley show at the end of November.

A spokesman for the singer - who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with estranged wife Heather Mills, said that he had commitments in the US and couldn't go.

But a source close to Paul told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Going to a sweaty Babyshambles gig wasn't really his thing."

Oh for crying out loud you are making something out of nothing. Bet Paul gets invitations to lots of things and does not go. I am sure Pete D is well over this "snub".
