Britney Spears: "I Would Die For My Boys!"
The whole world was on standby as troubled pop princess Britney Spears was thrust into the spotlight in spectacular fashion last week, after she was hospitalized on Thursday night, after locking herself and her two young children inside her home - questioning her ability to be a good parent to her two young boys, Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James.
But only weeks earlier, it was a very different Britney Spears that sat with her two adorable children on a photo shoot for America's OK! magazine.“She was very loving,” OK! photographer Dani Brubaker recalls. “She told me she loved her children and that they are her life." And far from being the neglectful parent some would portray her as, he said that the singer was "very attentive" to the needs of her sons.
As for the Toxic singer's reaction to the pictures of her with her two sons, Brubaker reveals, “I’m told that when she saw the photographs she literally cried for over an hour and stared at them all night long.”
So if Brit's reactions to the photos is anything to go by, that would explain why, according to a friend of the singer, the young mom is “inconsolable” right now as the chance of her winning the custody battle for her children looks increasingly slim. “Those boys are her everything, and she’s said repeatedly that life isn’t worth living if she can’t have her babies with her,” says the friend.
The friend adds that Britney would say goodbye to the music business to look after her boys. “The only reason she’s doing this is because she wants them to look up to her onstage and be like, ‘That’s my mama,’ and be proud of her. She’d put her life before them and die for Jayden and Preston. They’re her whole world.”
Reveals the friend, "“Britney has always said, ‘I would die for my boys if that’s what it took to prove I loved them. I’d do anything for them.’ ”
Britney was restrained and rushed to the Cedar's Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last week, with cops suspecting she was under the influence of drugs.
The LA Police Department were called after Britney locked herself in the bathroom with youngest son Jayden James and refused to hand him over to ex-hubby Kevin Federline.
On Friday the singer was stripped of her rights to visit her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, who are living with Federline. The order will remain in place until another hearing when the custody battle continues on January 14th.
The pictures are available in the new issue of OK! — on newsstands Thursday.

Cry me a big 'ol river.
Cry me a big 'ol river. There's a whole lot of celebrities who have young children, who are living very normal lives raising those children. They are NOT on the front cover of every gossip rag, and every move they make is NOT captured in paparazzi pictures or discussed ad naseum on celebrity blogs. Britney Spears is NOT doing all she can for those boys, and if she thinks she is, then she really is a certifiable nutjob. The requirement is that she abide by the rules of the court in order to keep custody of those boys, and she has chosen NOT to do so. Well, if she thinks she's going to win this battle by doing it her way, she can keep living that lie, and she will end up not being a part of those boys' lives, ever.
And further, who the heck
And further, who the heck are those two boys in the picture? No wonder she stared at the photos for such a long time! Photoshop is grand, ain't it? I can imagine both those boys looking at those photos some years from now, wondering why mommy had their faces doctored so much they don't even look like the same kids. I can imagine them asking, "Was mommy ashamed of us? Did she think we were that ugly?" (No, she just didn't want them looking like FAS babies.)
