Angelina Jolie desperate to have a second biological child

Angelina Jolie has everything a 32-year-old woman could ask for: A glowing film career, four children - a gorgeous beau, Brad Pitt. But that's not enough for the actress - who last year lost her mom, Marcheline Bertrand, to cancer last year - she's desperate to have a second, biological child.

The 'Tomb Raider' star is so set on a child - she has been telling her people to schedule upcoming press tours around a possible pregnancy.

According to a studio insider, Angelina's camp has told studio execs the broody star "would not be available on some dates" to promote her upcoming film Wanted, due out this June. The reason? "Angelina is focusing on trying to get pregnant and to hopefully be pregnant around the time of the film's release," the source tells OK! magazine.

Brangelina welcomed the birth of her first biological child, Shiloh in 2006. The couple have three other adopted children, Maddox, Pax, and Zahara.
