Amy Winehouse's husband turns to god whilst in prison

January 14 2008

Blake Fielder-CivilAmy Winehouse's incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil has found god whilst locked up in London's Pentonville prison.

Amy's troubled spouse - who's currently locked up, awaiting trial on charges of perverting the course of justice and grievous bodily harm - has reportedly been receiving daily visits from the prison chaplain during his time of need.

A prison insider said: "Blake sees the prison priest every day, and also has a Bible in his cell which he finds really therapeutic."

Meanwhile, Blake is said to be "furious" after the 'Rehab' singer, 24, spent the night with Mark Ronson, the producer of her hugely successful 'Back To Black' album, in his hotel room.

The pair reportedly downed champagne and gorged on ice cream during the session in North London, before checking into West London's K West Hotel at 5.30am.

Amy reportedly left the hotel at noon on Saturday and friends claim the pair are "inseparable," leaving "jealous" Blake wondering how much time they are spending together.

A source close to Blake said: "This is the last thing Blake needs right now. He is furious. Blake's fearful that Mark has much more in common with Amy than he does and is worried he'll steal her away.

"He may be turning to God but he is still likely to be fuming over Amy!"
