Gwyneth Paltrow back from hospital

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has returned home after being admitted to hospital on Monday afternoon, her rep has confirmed.

"Gwyneth is fine and at home - we are not commenting further," Stephen Huvane tells OK! Magazine.

According to reports, Gwyneth, 35, was admitted into New York's Mount Sinai Hospital late Monday - just hours after being seen out-and-about near her Manhattan home.

"She was slumped over in a wheelchair pushed by husband Chris Martin," an eyewitness told a U.S. magazine. "She looked not well."

The reason for the hospitalization remains unknown.
