Is Jamie Lynn Spears - the pregnant 16-year-old sister of Britney Spears, destined for life as a single mother?

Rumors that the 'Zoey 101' star has broken up with her baby's father, and her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge are rife.

Jamie Lynn hasn't been seen with her boyfriend for months. And recent reports claim that 18-year-old Casey is demanding a paternity test.

"Casey doesn't want to be with her until he's sure that he's the father," a a source close to the family tells InTouch magazine.

Jamie Lynn recently denied even having a boyfriend.

"I just kind of keep my options open. I have a bunch of friends that I always hang out with, a bunch of guy friends," she said.

Aldridge even said that he was single on his MySpace page - but his status recently changed to 'in a relationship'.

Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn's rep has hit out at reports that the teen star had been rushed to hospital due to pregnancy complications.

"Contrary to rumors, Jamie Lynn Spears has not been rushed to the hospital nor has she suffered a miscarriage," the the rep tells OK! magazine. "She is healthy and at home with her mother.”
