Mark Ronson denies Amy Winehouse fling

Music producer Mark Ronson has hot out at claims that he shared a hotel room with Amy Winehouse.

"It was insinuated that we went to a hotel to spend the night together and that we were in the studio, he said.

"But it was nothing like that. I was just heading out with Amy. She did play me a few songs on acoustic guitar but we weren't in the studio."

After the story was reported in a Sunday newspaper, Mark - who worked with Amy on her hugely successful 'Back to Black' album in 2006, had to explain to his girlfriend that nothing went on between him and the troubled 'Rehab' star, 24.

"Apparently, we were inseparable," he tells Britain's Daily Record newspaper.

"I laugh it off but it is annoying because I have to do damage control."

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the 32-year-old music producer is taking singing lessons for his new album.
