Jennifer Lopez has become a "humdrum" housewife

Jennifer Lopez has revealed that since becoming pregnant, she has turned into a "humdrum" housewife.

The 'Ain't it funny' singer - who's who is expecting her first child with husband March Anthony, claims she loves nothing more than staying at home and cooking for Marc.

She said: "As you get older you start to appreciate the more humdrum things in life. I've spent years at the most glamorous parties but at home I don't dress up. It feels amazing to have these nights at home with my husband. I just want to stay in and cook for him and be there when he comes home."

Lopez - who announced her pregnancy on stage in November, saying "Marc and I are expecting," also revealed her perfect night would involve her, Marc and lots of cuddles.

She explained: "For me a romantic night in is cooking a meal for Marc, lighting a big log fire and then cuddling up together and watching television."

The 38-year-old singer is believed to be seven-months pregnant. She is reportedly expecting twins, a boy and a girl, conceived using IVF treatment. She is also set for a Scientology birth, where she'll give birth naturally, quiet, and free from painkillers.

A pal of the Latino lovely told a US magazine earlier this month: "Although she knows it will be hard not to scream, she understands why it will be good for the baby to have peace and quiet."
