Lily Allen's TV show set to go ahead
British pop princess is set to continue with the pilot for her new TV show - only days after suffering a miscarriage.
The 22-year-old 'Smile' singer is set to film her new BBC3 show 'Lily Allen And Friends' on Wednesday.
Lily's Myspace pals will make up the audience - and the new show will have her celebrity pals as well as new bands featured on the popular website.
Lily - who's dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, 37, announced the loss of their baby last week. Their spokesman confirmed: “We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.”
A TV insider said of the the new show: “She’s incredibly low at the moment, but doesn’t want to let her fans down. It will be a very upbeat night so in a way it’s the tonic she needs.”
The show is to be screened next month.
