Britney Spears causes chaos at court
Pop wreck Britney Spears caused chaos at court yet again today - when she arrived but left again almost immediately.
Britney arrived at the Los Angeles Superior court in downtown LA just gone 9am in a large black Navigator SUV.
Her ex Kevin Federline was already waiting in the courtroom with his attorneys ready for the hearing on the custody of their two sons and other post divorce issues.
But in typical Britney style she never actually made it inside the courtroom for the hearing.
When the Commissioner asked her attorney if she was coming back, she simply answered: "I don't know whether she'll be here or not."
The attorney then added: "I don't want to delay the hearing."
So K-Fed was sworn in and the media were cleared from the courtroom.
Then just 45 minutes later Britney was seen leaving the court building and driving off without having stepped foot inside Department 88.
Britney's lawyers were in court in a bid to restore visitation in a 'therapeutic setting' as she is currently barred from having any access or visitation rights with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Either her attorney had this planned for reasons we do not know or Britney is being threatened with being hospitalized again. It would not surprise me if K-rap is telling her that he court is going to order her to hospitalization when she arrives a the court room. Depressed or bi-polar or schizophrenic people will imagine everyone is out to get them and if as I assume K-Rap is telling her that his lawyer will have her hospitalized then even though her lawyer might tell her that will not happen....to Brit it is very scary. It goes along with my theory that K-Rap is not tyring to raise the kids with Brit he is looking for sole custody and therefore she should just sit and allow the court to terminate her rights to the kids which also will terminate her requirement to pay child support. K-Rap wins the right to raise their kids on HIS income.

This is really getting ridiculous. If you are going to make the effort to get out of bed and drive to the courthouse, why not go in?
I dont know where you live,
I dont know where you live, but if they terminate parental rights, it doesnt mean you dont have to pay child support.... the only way you dont have to is if both parties and the judge agree to it. Just like in any other state, you can have your rights terminated, but you're still financially responsible for your children.
