Angelina Jolie's dad speaks out over pregnancy rumors

Angelina Jolie's estranged father Jon Voight has spoken out over the rumors his actress daughter might be pregnant - and says he's excited by the prospect.

“It’s wonderful news that she’s having another child, if that’s true," the actor told The New York Observer Monday.

Rumors that the Hollywood beauty was expecting another child with her hunky Hollywood beau Brad Pitt were rife after she wore a loose and flowy vintage Hermès dress to Sunday night's SAG Awards.

It was reported last week that Jolie, 32, was expecting twins - but these rumors are yet to be confirmed; Brad's rep refused to comment yesterday.

"I can’t count on anything the press says about her because there is so much said but she has certainly captured the imagination of the press,” Voight told The Observer's Transom column.
