Newlywed Eva Longoria Parker says she would haunt her hubby if she could.

The Desperate Housewives star plays a ghost who haunts her husband after dying on her wedding day in latest movie Over Her Dead Body.

Her onscreen character Kate sets out to stop her man moving on by scaring off new girlfriends.

Longoria admits she would do the same if she died before real-life beau Tony Parker, an American basketball star.

She said: “I would sabotage every relationship he is in. I would not let him move on, I’d just lay in bed and watch him.

“He’s not doing anything without me. I’d be like if I’m going to the afterlife you’re coming with me.”

The stunning brunette says she doesn’t believe in ghosts though.

She said: “I believe more in angels than ghosts. I believe there are people who have passed on that are with us and watching us.

“I find that comforting rather than you are all alone in this world,” she said on ITV’s This Morning.
