Britney Spears wants 'therapeutic' custody
Troubled pop princess Britney Spears is heading back to court in the hope of winning 'therapeutic' visits with her two sons, Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.
Now that the Toxic star's legal team, Trope & Trope are back on side, Britney has managed to wing a court date on February 4.
She will reportedly seek access to her two sons in the company of a therapist.
Sources close to Britney claim she intends to show up in person at the open court date to request the rare arrangement.
Spears is not currently allowed access to her sons - but she is permitted telephone contact.
"The therapist would coach Britney, and tell her what is and isn't appropriate, and give her cues on how to handle the boys if they get fussy. The visit could take place at Brit's house, or a neutral location," says one law specialist.
This is the third time the 'Gimme More' singer has requested a court date meeting after losing all physical contact with the children at the beginning of the year.

Wasn't that what the court
Wasn't that what the court appointed monitor was supposed to do? Tell her what was good and what wasn't? That worked out well so I see no problem why this shouldn't work. LOL!!!
I hope that Judge stays
I hope that Judge stays strong forcing her into treatment for HER mental problems 'cuz if that's what they are talking about with a "theraputic" visit, well, that's not doing anything for Brit's head - it's NOT about the kids in this instance. If she is not mentally healthy, no amount of a "therapist" telling her what is appropriate or not with the children will do anything for the root problem. She needs a therapist to tell her what is appropriate or not for herself. How stupid!
