1. she has had to done numerous drug tests at random BEFORE she had the kids taken away, if they found something as dangerous as this she would have lost custody instantly.
2. she was drug tested while in hospital, which came back negative.

I honestly hate to tell everyone this. But I think people are just trying to start a lot of things and are not looking at the real problem and reason for erratic behaviour. HELLO! She just had 2 kids and I think she is suffering from the most severe case of Portpartum depression there is. There is stages and degrees of it and I think she hit the worst. Everyone wants something else to be wrong with her. Instead of treating her like they would someone who they consider to be "normal" and not "famous" by trying to get to the real problem, everyone is making it bigger. Someone like would get all the help in the world but she can't get any without being taunted and harrassed about it. I am not saying I am an expert, but being a new mother also I can tell. I see her on TV and I see sadness and depression. Postpartum is in stages. Baby Blues, Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Postpartum Psychosis. Now I am not sure how it works in the US, but us mother's being famous or not are warned about what could happen after having your child. Erratic behaviour even forms from it, not taking care of her children, same. Irritability also. I think she needs a different boyfriend also, it seems he is in it for the "Top Story". Telling everyone her life. I think she needs time to herself and needs to be left alone for awhile to get better and regain herself. I see a lot of famous mothers out there and they went through their whole pregnancy and first couple of years of their children's lives hidden and taking the time for the new little one. She did not get that, I am not sure she did or if she could not do it. But she needs the time now! I think she will be fine she is suffering from what most mothers get after the birth of their children, she is just getting the worst of it.

Fist of all, doctors are under no obligation to divulge information on any patient. In fact, they are prevented from doing so without the consent of the patient. If you remember it was reported that a source "close to family" stated that she did not test positive for illegal drugs. Secondly, the judge would not require her to submitt to random drug testing due to a constant and frequent use/abuse of alcohol and other substances. Those test are also not available to the general public. And lastly, her fricken kids are 2 and 1 y.o.!! She's way past the point of postpartum depression. In addition, regular use of meth can lead to manic episodes and other mental issues. Bottom line - SHE'S USIN' BIG TIME!

There are plenty of mental health diagnosis that could actually explain Brits behavior. I actually favor postpartum depression. There are a small percentage of women who can not adjust to the hormonal changes of child birth. Considering Brit had her children back to back. Thats postpartum to the tenth power. In addition, some women ultimatley develop serious mental illnesses such as manic depression or bipolar. Both of which are linked to chemical imbalances with in the brain. And finally theres always this question. Which comes first, mental illness or substance abuse. Well, in women peer reviewed research indicates that mental illness generally arrives first and substance abuse is used to cope with the mental disability. If you look at the track record of most young celebs, there is a good possiblity that serious drugs are involved. Crystal Meth is a drug that causes psychotic symptoms like manic behaviors, delusions and hallucinations.

I heard about this before, I even read that she was doing drugs during pregnancy... What can we expect from her now, she doesn't looks like a super pop star for me. Britney, you need drug rehab!!!
