Angelina Jolie wanted as the face of salad cream

Hollywood babe Angelina Jolie has reportedly been approached by food giant Heinz to front an upcoming ad campaign for one of their flagship products, salad cream.

The 32-year-old 'Beowulf' actress was recently spotted using the dressing when having chips at posh London restaurant Claridge's.

Manufacturer Heinz is reported to have offered her a deal and is waiting for a response from Angelina's people.

"It would be a major coup," Heinz spokesman Mike Docherty tells Britain's Daily Star newspaper.

If Angelina signs up, she's expected to film a series of commercials for the company.
