Heather Mills to grill Paul McCartney in court
Heather Mills is set to grill estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney as she demands a $100million divorce payout next week.
Their case comes before a High Court judge next Monday (Feb 11).
And Heather - dubbed Mucca by British tabloids due to her porn past — is representing herself after firing her lawyers.
Mills, 40, is expected to ask the judge to award her $100million of the ex-Beatles' estimated $1.6billion fortune.
Lawyers for Sir Paul, 65, will also quiz her during the five-day hearing.
It was recently rumored that Heather was planning to sell her East Sussex mansion in order to pay her huge legal bills.
Mills reportedly owes $3million to law firm Mishcon de Reya.
A source said in December: "Heather is telling friends that relations have broken down so badly between her and her former lawyers Mishcon de Reya she will have to sell the house Paul bought her to pay the legal bills. Mishcon de Reya are poised to serve with a writ for the cash."

Heather couldn't grill a hamburger. She's nuts, uneducated, and sticks her foot in her mouth constantly. She has tried to turn her bad reputation around constantly and constantly makes it worse, this will be no different. I hope she gets what she deserves which is nothing. More importantly I hope Beatrice is give to her father for her own protection.
