Tommy Hilfiger to marry girlfriend

Tommy HilfigerFashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger is set to tie the knot again.

The designer reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, former model Dee Ocleppo, at New York's St. Regis Hotel.

Ocleppo 'joyously accepted' a large diamond ring from Hilfiger last weekend, according to the New York Post.

The marriage will be the second for Hilfiger, whose first to Susie Hilfiger ended in 2005.

It will be the first marriage for Ocleppo.
