Denise Richards gets her own reality TV series
Denis Richards is opening up her life to reality TV cameras.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife has agreed to tape the show, despite trying to bounce back from her messy divorce with the Hollywood star.
American Idol host Ryan Seacrest will produce 'The Untitled Denise Richards Show', which will hit the E! channel in the summer. "I've been approached before and the timing wasn't right. It's time for people to see what I'm really like," Richards said.
"There's been so many negative things about me in the press, most of it not true.
"I thought that, at the time, it was the right thing to do. Take the high road and keep quiet and keep things private, but it was very hard.
"I want the opportunity for people to see what I'm really like and judge for themselves."
Richards and Sheen have been embroiled in a bitter battle over custody of their two daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2.
Richards also caught fire after taking up with her former best pal, Heather Locklear's ex-husband, Richie Sambora.
Filming for the show will begin in March.
