Michelle WilliamsMichelle Williams says having a child with her tragic former fiancee Heath Ledger was a "miracle".

The 'Prozac Nation' star says giving birth to Matilda - now two - has transformed the way she "judges" her body.

She said: "My body has done this totally miraculous but utterly ordinary thing. I feel like I didn't have any relationship with my body before Matilda. Well I did, but it was just a bad one. After having my daughter I can't judge myself in the same way."

Michelle - whose three-year relationship with Heath ended in September last year - admits the couple struggled to cope with being in the public eye.

Speaking to Wonderland magazine prior to Heath's death last month, she said: "When you're in a relationship with somebody who is also a public personality then it doubles the attention from the media. When you minus that equation it's just less enticing.

"It was so pervading, it got bad there for a while."

Earlier this week, Michelle, 27, returned to work for the first time since Heath's death, joining her co-stars for filming on the New York set of upcoming movie 'Mammoth'.

If you call trying to trap a guy via your vagina a miracle, then, yes, I guess it was a miracle. The guy ran a mile though, didn't he? Oh and you can be sure that he's the one who dumped her, not the other way around, no matter what the press make up now.
