Jessica Simpson being sued for $10m over fitness video

Jessica Simpson got into the shape of her life for The Dukes of Hazzard - and now it could cost her $10 million.

The sexy actress filmed a fitness video in 2005 to show how she got into such amazing shape to fit into her Daisy Dukes for the hit movie.

But she later changed her mind and blocked the tape's release - and is being sued for a staggering $10 million by the company behind it.

And in a double whammy for her family, her dad Joe Simpson - also her manager - is now also being sued for $10 million after Jessica refused to settle the lawsuit.

Jessica stopped the tape being released by refusing to give final approval, despite reportedly signing a multi-million dollar contract.

She is being sued by Speedfit owner Alex Astilean who said: "They are hurting millions of fat people in America."

Simpson's spokesperson said: "It's a legal matter that's in the hands of attorneys."
